First, is a three month follow-up visit with her nurse practitioner, Kellie Bruce; two weeks later she sees Kellie Bruce again for a blood pressure check; finally, she has another three month follow-up visit with Kellie Bruce, Martha Roberts (physician), and Joel Rivera (Pharmacist).
